These two photographs were done as part of an Intermediate Photoshop class at Academy of Art University. A couple of days earlier we had purchased a new Jeep, and looking at the storm coming from the Owyhee Mountains, I thought it would be interesting to photograph the storm and use it in the assignment. My wife (the subject in the photograph) and I drove through the mountains taking pictures, surrounded by rain, wind and lightning, and were able to capture some of the images I needed.
I did two versions of the photograph, as well and the other photographs that I used in the composite.
